Step 1: Free initial consultation (phone, WhatsApp, or video call)
We begin with a 20 to 30 minute conversation about your parent's current situation: their health, their social life, their city preference, their budget, and critically their attitude toward senior living. We ask the questions that help us understand not just what community to recommend, but whether and how to approach the conversation with your parent.
Step 2: Shortlisting (within 48 hours)
Based on your profile, we shortlist 2 to 4 communities that genuinely match your requirements. We do not recommend communities based on commission rates or relationship age we recommend based on fit. Our shortlist comes with a brief note on why each community was selected and what to watch for during the visit.
Step 3: Virtual orientation (before your India trip)
We arrange video calls with shortlisted community teams so you have a first-layer evaluation done before you land. We also prepare you with a list of specific questions to ask during the in-person visit based on what we already know about each community's strengths and gaps.
