Mordor Intelligence projects this market to reach USD 14.14 billion (approximately ₹1.18 lakh crore) by 2031, growing at a compound annual rate of 25.92% one of the fastest growth rates of any segment in Indian real estate.
Colliers India's landmark August 2026 report published three weeks before this blog was written projects that the market will cross ₹1 lakh crore by 2030. That is a nearly four-fold increase from current levels in less than four years, supported by announced investments exceeding ₹13,000 crore from developers, operators, and institutional investors since 2025.
